Cancellation

Cancellation of subscription can be achieve anytime if customer need to stop using our services. To cancel subscription subscriber can simply put an email at support@byvisit.com. Or for quick support we also provide in-app chat support to resolve customer's any query regards of subscription.

Refund

Our support team does care of our customer's service continuity. Our technology team works hard to bring you the better quality of software and experience. Although if our customers are not happy with our services they have chance to get refund in some circumstance.

We will provide you a refund of the subscription if in the event we are unable to continue to provide the services or if the manager of our company makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances (of the Refundable).
